Enjoy your stay in Downtown Sebring in a clean, comfortable, and centrally located space. Enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay in our charming rooms at Audrey's Place. The second floor  apartment has been styled in fun pinks, teals, and florals to mirror those famous Floridian skies. Studio 102 offers a private balcony, full kitchen and bathroom, large closet, and comfortable bedding. This unit can comfortably sleep 4 guests, has fast Wi-Fi, large Tv, & plenty of space. Near the racetrack, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, bars, family fun spots, & state parks. Also, Sebring is central to beaches & Disney.

This apartment is an entire studio with a private balcony and features a full kitchen with all of the basics such as coffee, coffee filters, teas, sugar, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and numerous spices. Small appliances include a coffee machine and toaster. There is a basic set of pots and pans as well as a full sized stove and refrigerator. For seating there is a the 2-seater dining room table.

There is a queen bed, the couch bed allows for additional guests and the couch bed includes a mattress topped for extra comfort, and a mattress protector and super comfortable bedding. This unit can comfortably sleep 3 but can welcome additional guests, has great views and is very clean. 

We offer a remote controlled fan/light, a window AC unit, walk-in closet with a dresser, hangers, and closet shelves. The bathroom has a shower and tub combo, hair dryer, large towels, microfiber makeup clothes. There's fast Wi-Fi (tests at around 165 Mbps.), a large TV, outside balcony with outside furniture, a full kitchen, and access to a washer and dryer (laundry soap included).

The building, officially known as The Zachary, is listed on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and was built in 1914. Free parking on-site for your vehicle. Bonus, the unit has storage space for your bike and other necessities. Located right on the circle, you will be in historic part of Sebring Downtown Sebring and will have easy access to many annual festivals, concerts, parades, and you will have easy access to the Sebring racetrack, local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks. You are just 4 miles to the fishing pier and the park on Lake Jackson and under a 10 minute ride to the public boat ramp at Veteran’s Beach. Highlands Lakeside Theatre is close by where you can catch great live plays, shopping, and so much more. You are also under 2.5 miles to both Advent Health and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. Other popular attractions are Highlands Hammock State Park, fishing, golfing, nature trails, and art museums. Sebring is about an hour and a half to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, and plenty of both the west and east coast beaches. The City Pier and Highlands Lakeside Theatre are almost within sight. Bars and restaurants such as Faded Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, Sheila's, Mon Cirque Wine Bar, Dimitri's, Organically Local, the Coffee Vault, and more are all just downstairs.
