There is a large bathroom, super comfortable bedding, great views of the water, bird watching, fishing, and the home is super clean. Thanks to the 4 bedrooms, this  property can comfortably sleep an impressive amount of up to 10 guests! Fast Wi-Fi, large Tv, & plenty of space. Near the racetrack, local hospitals, shopping, Sebring Racetrack, entertainment, bars, family fun spots, Highlands Hammock State Park, golfing, and fishing. Also, Sebring is central to beaches & Disney.

 The bed in the master bedroom is a king sized bed with a mattress protector and additional foam padding for extra comfort. The bed comes with two king sized pillows and two queen pillows, additional pillows are available in the home. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and small closet. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and standup shower.

All pillows, bed linens and towels are designated for rentals and are stored offsite.

The main bathroom was remodeled in 2023 and features a sink with plenty of counter space, a deep soaking bathtub, and an extra high showerhead standing about 6 ft 5 inches from the tub. This is perfect for our taller guest!. The half-bath is located in the large back bedroom comes with a private toilet and sink. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and small closet. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and standup shower.

Here are basics such as coffee with a drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, hot tea packs, cold tea packs, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, and numerous spices. Small appliances include a coffee machine, a hot pot, crock pot, and toaster. There is a basic set of pots and pans as well as a full sized stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

There are 4 bedrooms total in this split floorplan home, meaning that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home as the other 3 bedrooms. The other 3 bedrooms share a hallway and a full sized bathroom.  The larger, back bedroom has large windows really allowing a great view of the backyard and freshwater canal where you can often spot various bird species and squirrels playing in the backyard. This bedroom comes with a super comfy queen bed, a large TV, and a private bathroom with a toilet and sink. The second bedroom also has views of the backyard and water from a more modest window, a full sized bed, and a TV. The third bedroom come with a full sized bed and a modest TV. All beds come with comfy bedding, two king pillows, and two standard pillows. Additional pillows are available in the home. We do live here and have pets so all of the pillows, bed linens and towels you will use are designated for rentals and are stored offsite.

This spacious home is located in a residential neighborhood on a freshwater canal that gives you access to both Little Lake Jackson and Lake Jackson. You will have easy access to the Sebring International Raceway, Downtown Sebring and will have easy access to many annual festivals, concerts and parades. You will have easy access to the Sebring racetrack, local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, local hospitals, shopping, entertainment, family fun spots, and state parks. The Highlands Lakeside Theatre is close by where you can catch great live plays and you are also under 2.2 miles HCA Hospital and 6.6 miles to Advent Health. Other popular attractions are Highlands Hammock State Park, fishing, golfing, nature trails, and art museums. Sebring is about an hour and a half to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, and plenty of both of the west and east coast beaches. Bars and restaurants such as Faded Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, Sheila's, Mon Cirque Wine Bar, Dimitri's, Organically Local, the Coffee Vault, and more are all just a few miles away.
