**Audrey's Place is not responsible for towning fee if guest does not utilize the parking pass provided during check-in.

Full payment due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival.

50% refundable if canceled after.

6% of booking total for cancellation fee for cancellations.

No refunds for bookings March 15-22, 2026

You will be sent check-in instructions the day of your arrival.

We want to make your stay enjoyable and easy peasy for check out. Turn Off The A/C. Return the Parking Pass to the mailbox. Return the keys to the lockbox and lock the doors behind you. .
