Turn Off The A/C. Return the Parking Pass to the Room. Return the keys to the lockbox and lock the doors behind you. We want to make your stay enjoyable and easy peasy for check out..
**Audrey's Place is not responsible for towning fee if guest does not utilize the parking pass provided during check-in.

Payment Schedule
Full payment due upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 5 days prior to arrival.
50% refundable if canceled after.
6% of booking total for cancellation fee for cancellations.
No refunds for bookings March 15-22, 2026
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
