What an exciting time that was! Ben, Erin, and their HGTV friends really did come to Sebring to give us a little extra spark. Though our hotel-like rooms were opened before they came, we have seen a huge spark in this town thanks to them. A lot of us still can't believe that it really happened! There was a whirlwind of exciting energy while they were in town- and you can still feel it today. They honestly did make such a difference to our community. Before looking out onto Circle Park wasn't very exciting at all. Now you can watch the hustle and bustle of the park daily. People are always together laughing, talking, playing games on the refreshed park. You can watch all of this from the living room/dining room windows of Circle Overlook at Audrey's Place. If the Post Card Mural was your favotire part of the show, no worries. Both Circle Overlook and the Studio Apartment allow for the entertainment of watching people take group photos and selfies at Post Card Mural from your windows.

Property Offerings
Choose from a range of early-20th century styles, including a balcony-equipped studio (sleeps up to 3), and a contemporary one-bedroom, Circle Overlook, (sleeps up to 4). These two hotel suites occupy the entire 2nd floor of one of Sebring's original downtown buildings. Built in 1914, The Zachary building is honored to be listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. This is one of the original buildings.
If you a looking for a hotel to accomodate a larger amount of guest, you may rent both rooms together for a total of 7 guests. You will have the privacy of having the whole floor to yourselves for a totally private hotel retreat in Downtown Sebring. You will have more privacy then from what most other accommodations or hotels near may offer.
